The sea water temperature
around Iona always feels incredibly low (it's probably 12 - 14 degrees
during summer) - but, if you are brave enough to take a dip, there's no
more exhilarating time than first thing in the morning.
On the positive side -
there's no one around - so only the seals will know that you're
skinny-dipping!!
Spot
the Duck was about to take an early morning swim when he realised he'd
forgotten his swimming costume . . . .

perhaps a little too enthusiastic for Iona . . .
