The Iona Community is
committed to prayer and action for justice and peace. The shop reflects
this in the literature and crafts sold in it. In addition to the full
range of Wild Goose Publications titles they attempt to source their
goods as ethically as possible, buying locally as often as possible and
also from fair-trade organisations, co-operatives, small producers and
traditional family businesses. Some of their producers depend on the
community shop as their main sales outlet.
All proceeds from the shop help support the wider work of the Iona
Community.
